Develop the overarching vision, guiding design concepts to align with brand values and strategic business goals. Formulating creative strategies, art direction and brand guidelines that outline key messages, target audiences, and creative approach.

_ Understanding the target audience
Define and understand audience personas — Analyse market data, competitor and consumer insights to inform design decisions and adapt creative strategies as needed. Measure performance and identify optimisation opportunities.

_ Design and customer experience
Explore early-stage design concepts, storyboards, wireframes, bringing ideas to life. 
Creating prototypes, setting design style that maintain consistency throughout all touchpoints. Apply design best practices by incorporating typographic styles, colour schemes, and imagery to create visually compelling layouts and customer experiences.

_ Brand guardianship
Ensuring all 
creative brand narratives and campaign deliverables are consistent throughout the user journey, protecting the way the brand is presented. Maintaining and updating design guidance templates and resources, whilst communicating to team members and the wider business of any changes made.

Cross-functional collaboration, oversight and hands-on approach during the creation of campaign materials, ensuring the creative output is effectively executed and deliverables meet all guidelines, objectives and best-in-class quality standards.
